Stef Kuonen is a strategy and transformation leader with two decades of experience helping organizations improve performance and drive sustainable growth.

Partnering with life sciences, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, Stef has led strategic planning, operational transformations, and growth initiatives for emerging companies to global enterprises.

As the Founding Partner at Beacon & Bellwether Consulting, Stef works with leaders to innovate strategy, strengthen operations, and accelerate financial performance.

Previously, Stef held leadership positions at regional consulting firms and led operations for a digital marketing start-up. In the early 2000s, she worked as an ER technician, providing care to patients. Stef graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a degree in economics and psychology. She previously served on the boards of nonprofit organizations, Hosts for Hospitals and Travis Manion Foundation PRUM.
